Laura Hayman Spanish Teacher Upper School Laura Hayman was born and raised in Argentina and graduated from The National University of Rosario - Law Faculty (Facultad de Derecho), with a Bachelor's degree in Law. Mrs. Hayman started her teaching career at the San Pablo Institute, in Argentina, where she taught Law (Commercial and Labor Law) She left Argentina in 1988 and since then she has lived and worked in different countries such as Saudi Arabia, Italy, Mexico, Australia and the USA where she received her Teaching Certification in Secondary Spanish. Mrs. Haymanâ€™s teaching experience includes: 1. Private schools (Argentina, USA), 2. International School of Perth (Australia), 3. Spanish for Business Courses and private tutoring (Australia), 4. Charter School (NHP)
5. North Lake College (USA) Laura Hayman is currently teaching Spanish (11-12) IB SL/ HL, and Sponsors the Spanish Honor Society and the Spanish Club. In 2007 she received the Sunshine Award from Channel 39 TX â€œValores en la Educacionâ€, for her commitment and passion to education.
In 2009 Mrs. Hayman was nominated the Upper School Teacher Of The Year (2008-2009)
